Super Quick Taco Rolls

Here's another extremely fast and furious recipe for busy moms!!

My momma started making these when I was in 8th grade-so its definitely tired and true!


1 can of croissants 
1 lb of ground beef
shredded cheese of your choice (I used a blend three different kinds, but anything will work!)
salsa (homemade is the best!)
sour cream


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown your ground beef, making sure the season it to your liking.

Once completely browned, place croissants on cooking pan or stone.

Fill each triangle with meat and cheese (I was going to add spinach too, and totally forgot!)

Wrap, and place in over for about 15 mins or until golden brown.

Top with salsa and sour cream. Best served with a leafy green salad!

Could he have seriously used anymore sour cream?? He pretty much smothered his food...but he liked it so to each his own I guess!!

I love quick ideas like this one. btw: I have a problem with the kids eating taco seasoned items, so I take a portion of the cooked ground beef out for them & mix it with mild salsa for their tacos(& then I jazz up the remainder of the ground beef with whatever seasonings we want). :)
