I'm horrible at keeping secrets...

Like I said. I really SUCK at keeping secrets.

And no, this isn't a joke. I'm so giddy with excitement, I can hardly type right now.

Nervous? Oh yeah.

Terrified? Maybe a little.

Happy? Well of course. This baby is a gift, and will be treated as such.

No, this wasn't planned, but like with both of our other children, they weren't NOT planned either. We've always left the matter of children up to the Lord.

I only took a test because my little app on my phone told me I was three days late. That wouldn't have concerned me too much, but I've been REALLY tired the past week...and a bit grumpy. I didn't even pull my pants up before the test screamed at me, "YOU'RE PREGGO SISTER!" Weird thing, I couldn't stop smiling.

I totally wanted to wait till Christmas to tell people, but this is news that just isn't fun keeping to yourself!

I still need peace about somethings- vehicle, finances, moving, etc. This is one of those times that I don't have a choice but to trust my Jesus.

So there ya have it. There will probably be a lot more baby posts in the future.

XOXO,
The New New New Momma-to-Be

  1. AWW!! Congrats!! What a blessing!

I just clicked over from Time-Warp wife and decided to stick around and get to know your blog a little more. {What drew me in? Honestly, blog name and tagline... Love it!} So, when I clicked "home" and saw this little announcement, it made me smile. May God bless this baby, keeping him/her healthy. May He give you the added doses of wisdom and patience that you'll need for a growing family. God is so good!

  5. CONGRATS!!!! : ) I'm so happy for you!! : ) I think no matter what, it is always scary, always nerve racking, and you never feel "ready" or "prepared." Same goes even when you ARE trying. Babies are just like that, but everything will work out better than you could have expected! : )
