Totally forgot!

Here is a quick "weight-loss" update! 

Highest weight: 245lbs
Last week's weight: 215lbs
Current weight: 210lbs

Waist: 2.5" lost (this is insane to me!)
Chest: .5" lost
Hips: 1.75" lost

Pretty excited with my results so far. Gonna start running again. Feeling really great!

Today breakfast shake:

1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1/4 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fresh black berries
4 frozen peach slices
2 scoops Vi Shake mix
8 oz vanilla soy milk
4 oz water
1 scoop Super Greens mix (Trader Joe's)

Hubby bought be a coke yesterday, had a few sips and didn't want it anymore. THAT'S a BIG deal ladies and gentlemen.
