This is the X-Factor set. Twelve DVDs for 30 bucks! You can get this set at Walmart. I have really enjoyed it so far. I am on week three, and I can barely get through the workouts! Week 1 and 2 were hard, but manageable. This is very similar to the concepts that drive P90X and Insanity, just at a lower price. Now if you have done either of those, this will probably be too easy. BUT if you are like me, and you are trying to get to the point of doing those workouts-this is a great place to start!
I can't begin to tell you how much I LOVE doing kettlebell exercises! They work so many muscles and its actually fun to do. This set is the one I have, and its pretty inexpensive. I would recommend getting gloves because your hands will get raw!

I don't care what anyone says, yoga was created for mommies. Seriously, yoga has helped me clear my head and get the kinks out of my back.
I know what some of you are thinking, "How can you do yoga as a Christian?"
My answer is this-I don't do any of the spiritual stuff. Actually, I use yoga as my time to meditate on the Lord. It clears my head and helps me focus on Him. That's it.

My hubby got me one of these balls and its awesome! So many different things to do with it. If you are pregnant-I highly recommend this! Sitting on it relieves so much pressure it is un-real. I used it during my labor with my second, and it was such a lifesaver!
But for exercises I just check out Pinterest! There's so much information on there!
Finally, I am trying to get back into running. I quit for a while when the weather got super cold, and now I miss it. It really was helping to get me motivated and focused. I gotta get back at it. My dream is to run a half marathon-and I am far away from getting there.
There it is! My list of my favorite workouts!
Hopefully this week I will be joining our YMCA, so things might just change up a bit!
