Late Weigh-in Wednesday

*Yes, it's Thursday. This was supposed to go up yesterday*
If you guys have been reading my blog for any length of time, you know that my biggest struggle at the moment has been my weight loss. To make matters worse, I actually found out that my old scale (I just got a sparkly new digital one!) was 10lbs off...and not in a good way. It was telling me that I was 10lbs lighter than I actually was. Uggh. Talk about shot through the heart. (Yea go ahead, finish the song *wink*)

But it is what it is really. So I am going back to posting my weight loss. It's the most embarassing thing I could possibly do, but it really helps me be accountable. So here are some numbers. Please no laughing. This is hard enough lol.

I have been keeping track of my progress for the past three weeks. Nothing impressive, I have to get my excess snacking under control. I do so good for breakfast and lunch, but dinner and after dinner seems to be where I binge. I am working on it.

Highest Weight- 245lbs
Goal Weight- 155lbs

There ya have. Black and White. Hopefully next week will be a little more exciting. I did order a hoop to try out. Jamie from With Love had a post about it and got my really interested in it. I checked out some YouTube videos and realized I HAVE to try this out. Maybe it will help be get my rhythm back from my dancer days!

I swear our house is looking like a mini gym. I have my stationary bike, kettlebells (is that one word or two??), yoga mat and my big ball. I love it though. I just need to love it more hahaha!
