Doesn't that look tasty???
Here, have a closer look-
Oh man. My mouth is watering just thinking about the goodness that was this pasta. Here is the breakdown-
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup feta
1/4 cup parm
2 tbs Tamari or Soy sauce
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs ginger
1 tbs sesame seed
4 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup chopped baby spinach
cracked black pepper to taste
Noodles of your choice
While your noodles are cooking, mix everything together except the spinach. Toss to coat everything lightly. Once your noodles are done, place spinach on top of mixture and dump your hot noodles over it. (This will wilt the spinach lightly. Toss everything together and eat! I have no idea what to call this, but it's like an Italian/Asian fusion meal or something. Whatever you wanna call it-it's amazing. With a meal this good, a nice cold one sets it off nicely.
And no, the
Mike's ISN'T mine. It's the hub's. He is not a beer/alcohol drinker really, but he likes this flavor a lot. I on the other hand, am a beer snob. I like a really good beer with dinner every now and then. I don't drink Bud or Coors. Uggh, the thought makes me sick!
Here is the finished product. That little bowl of course is mine-but I ended up filling it up twice. Yes, twice. No dessert for this lady.
If you try this out, please let me know what you think!
