This is a Cookies and Cream Green Smoothie! It's super yummy and very refreshing!
-2 cups Vanilla Soy Milk (Or Almond)
-Handful of Kale (make sure you remove the stems)
-1 banana (mine was really big, so you may need 2 to make it really creamy)
-1 tsp flax seed (I was use the meal instead of whole flax unless you have a really powerful blender. I do not :(
-1/2 tsp Agave Nectar (or whatever sweetener you prefer)
-1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder (Cacao would be better!)
-However many dark chocolate chips you would like! ;)
-Handful of ice
There you have it! A smooth and creamy green "milkshake"!!! And no, you CAN NOT taste the kale! My two year old LOVES green smoothies of any kind. This is how I get a large portion of my veggies/fruit in. It really fills you up too!
