As you have read in previous posts, I am seriously working on becoming healthy and getting down to a healthy weight. Unfortunately, I was overweight when I got pregnant with our first child and gained quite a bit of weight with her. Less than a year later, I found myself pregnant again. I only gained 10lbs, but that was on top of the weight gained with the first. I gained a total of 55 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGGH! So that's what I have been dealing with. Here are my stats so far on this journey. (Please no harsh comments, this is already hard enough for me to do)
Highest weight: 235
Current Weight: 211
Goal Weight: 150
Pounds Lost- 24
Pounds to Go- 61
*Sigh* I am mortified at the numbers. It makes my stomach cringe. It was not supposed to get this bad. But in all honesty-I did it to myself. I was one that went to food for comfort, it's been hard breaking that trend.
I desire to be healthy-not skinny. I know if I strive for health, the weight will take care of itself. I will do a weigh-in every Thursday. If anyone wants to jump on board let me know! I will link your blog within mine!
